Answer: 100 gms. Our Ricotta is the only cheese that is packed in 200 g packets.

2. What are some of our saltier cheeses?
Answer: Feta, Halloumi and Stilton.

3. I’m looking for something mild, not too strong, what should I try?
Answer: Gruyere, Halloumi, Mozzarella, Gouda.

4. What are the best cheeses to use in a cheese platter?
Answer: We think you can use all our cheeses in a cheese platter! All pair well with fruits, jams, chutneys, bread etc.
